About Rob Van Derbur

An award-winning real estate agent, Rob Van Derbur has been uniting people with their homeownership dreams since 2004. He strives for a win-win outcome, earning consistent results with his thorough, thoughtful, and authentic approach. Rob admires the building process that goes into single-family homes, condos, and townhomes, scrutinizing each property with the eye of an appraiser. Rob was born and raised in Southern California, a proud graduate of Glendora High School. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Cal Poly Pomona before spending two decades working in marketing and sales. In 2004, he began working as a licensed real estate agent in Colorado and hasn’t looked back. These days, he brings his expertise to communities along the San Gabriel Mountains.

Rob is the proud father of 2 grown children who reside in Colorado. He’s very active in his congregation at Grace Episcopal Church in Glendora. Having played ice hockey for over 35 years, he served as the coach for his son’s youth hockey team for a time. He loves immersing himself in DIY projects and giving back to his community, even serving as a Chamber member in Glendora.
